The Yavapai County Facilities /Parks Department provides the following services to more than 41 County owned buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet: Yavapai County Buildings & Offices

• 24 hour response to building and maintenance emergencies
• Switchboard operations, routing calls for all departments 
• ADA Title II Accessibility Compliance
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate tenant improvements, remodeling and renovations
• Contract management - Bids and proposals for:
             •  Construction and material
             •  Pest control 
             •  Special services
             •  Elevators 
             •  Carpet and floor coverings
• Custodial services
• Grounds maintenance
• Fire safety and suppression equipment
• Indoor environmental control systems
• Departmental moves
• Payment and monitoring of all facility utilities
• Oversees Yavapai County parks and assists various community managed "parks"

We care for and maintain the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza and work closely with the Prescott Downtown Partnership   who manages all activities, schedules summer arts/crafts shows and events along with the Prescott Chamber of Commerce  who sponsors the annual Christmas Parade and Courthouse Lighting.
