The primary function of personnel assigned to civil is the responsibility of serving the papers of the Superior Courts as well as subpoenas and writs. There two sworn deputies and one legal secretary assigned to this unit. Papers served include Orders of Protection, Orders Prohibiting Harassment, Writs of Execution, Divorce Papers, and court subpoenas.

Civil Process Fees are determined by Arizona Revised Statute 11-445.

Service and Return of most court documents cost $16.00 plus cost for mileage.

Levy and Return of various court documents vary from $12.00 up to $48.00 or $40.00 per hour over a three hour limit, for Writ of Possession.
