Mission Statement
To Protect, Preserve, and Improve the Physical, Psychological, and Environmental Health of Yavapai County Long Term Care Members Through Professional, Cost-effective Health Management Services, while Valuing Member's Dignity and Quality of life.

Yavapai County Long Term Care (YCLTC) is a department of the Yavapai County Government. Its purpose is to provide quality, cost effective care to elderly, physically disabled, and chronically ill individuals who are eligible for service under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS).
