New Hours of Operation Approved on a 90-Day Trial Basis  Adobe PDF
The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors approved new hours for Development Services, Flood Control, and Public Fiduciary. Beginning March 8th, 2010 these departments will be open Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm.  2/1/2010 1:45:00 PM
Pioneer Park Stormwater Quality Improvement Project

Enhanced Construction Permit Inquiry Tool features Permit Status
Customers may now obtain information on the status of their permit applications and active issued permits, as well as basic construction permit information for permits on currently active parcels in the unincorporated areas of Yavapai County. 7/21/2008 2:15:00 PM
Environmental Services accepts info requests by email
The Development Services Environmental Unit is now accepting e-mail information requests for On-Site Waste Water Treatment Systems (Septic Systems) and Percolation results. 2/25/2008 1:20:00 PM

The Development Services Department was established to centralize all development related services into a single department. All of the services provided are designed to protect the public health, safety, and welfare, through addressing, building permit review, inspection, development /design review, planning, floodplain management, enforcement of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance, and environmental regulations for wastewater disposal. Staff also maintains the County's General Plan, and provides services to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Unincorporated Communities of Yavapai County Government.
